Great experience! Arrived early within the time allotted for the appointment. Mark was honest about not needing any work done yet and didn’t take advantage of an opportunity to charge me a high price for uneccessary repairs. I paid him for the service call with cash and gave him $20 too much, which he immediately corrected and handed the extra back to me. I will be a customer for life!
The technician performed the work on time and quickly. The warranty service is just what I hoped for. Hopefully no more squealing brakes.
