I couldn't be happier about this experience. I scheduled my appointment totally via text messages and they were extremely responsive. I have traditionally used brake shops or dealerships over the years, so this was a new experience for me. I was a little apprehensive at first, but when Mike showed up at the house and I found out how many years he had been working as a mechanic, all my concerns were gone. I had assumed that I would need front and rear brake pads and new rotors on the front. After a thorough inspection, he informed me that all I needed was front pads. The price was half of what the dealership had quoted me for the same service! And, I didn't have to leave the house! Mike got it done quickly, too!
