Nucar Chevrolet of Norwood Service

Always receive good service with excellent explanations of what’s needed and why. I like cars but don’t know much about stuff going on under the hood. Service was rescheduled due to storm but the team was great about communicating while my vehicle was in the department for a couple of days. Would recommend using the service department especially if the car was purchased at Boch/now Nucar.

Great. No pressure. Dave was solid from start to finish. Left very happy and 3 weeks later, still am. Got along great with Nabil who is the finance expert. Would recommend friends and family in the future.

From the start, through the end there was no pushy sales person to greet us and make us feel like if we didn't buy they wouldn't care which my wife and I found refreshing. Tony helped us from start to finish answering all of our questions and helping us find what we were looking for. He was responsive the whole way through while being easy to talk to. I always have a great experience at this dealership. From the sales person David to the finance specialist Nabil, I felt taken care of and they truly listened to me. I’m in sales myself and neither of them were super pushy. I will always come back to this dealership.
