Would give 0 stars if I could. They are scammers. My husband brought our car in and just wanted an oil change. They discussed spark plugs but we had just gotten them done at 90k miles at a different dealership, so we declined. They sent over some potential services via text mid-service, and we declined them all. When he went to pickup the car they charged $900 for the spark plugs. They were incredibly rude to my husband and wouldn't even have a conversation with him about the situation even though it was a service he never signed off on. For a week after I tried getting a manager on the phone to discuss, and they never got back to me. However, they were very responsive to the credit card company when we filed a complaint. Honda Recall brought me in. My service guy was great. They provided a rental while they worked on my car. The car had been cared for well. While they made service recommendations, i didn't feel like I was being pressured. It took 1.5-2hrs and I was on the road again

We were charged $975 for 1 hour and 10 minutes worth of labor. When we pointed this out, they claimed that they work at a flat rate per job. I've been to a lot of mechanics - never seen this. Dishonest estimate for a quick job, followed by no customer service to help. Also note in the response below that there is no denial of charging $975 in labor for 1 hour and 10 minutes of work.

Went in for a recall. Appointment made over a month prior. Service was supposed to take 4 - 6 hrs. Received a phone call after about 7 hours saying that they had to keep car overnight because they didn't have all the parts. This should have been taken care of considering they knew why I was coming and when for over a month. Granted, they provided a free rental as part of the recall. They did expedite the service on day 2, and got my vehicle back relatively early in morning. Rodrigo Bastas was great. 2 voice-mail to service manager did not receive any callbacks as requested. Inventory and service manager not a satisfied experience. Service tech, Rodrigo is why this rating is a 4 and not a 1.

I thought the service was wonderful, especially Keri Kent. She was so helpful, polite, and seem to know a lot about her job. I only have one thing to say about the invoice I received. Items were duplicated on the invoice, it is hard to follow, it does not explain right or left of the car. For instance they worked on my ball joint and did not say which side of the car it was. In the future that would be valuable to know which side you worked on. If you looked at one of these invoices for the first time it is hard to follow. It should be easy to read and precise. It looks like you have something to hide. DID NOT LIKE IT.
