Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown Service Department

Same thing as others mentioned, simple oil change under maintenance, on my 3rd hour waiting, came with appointment. No water (just plastic filled keurig coffee), no wending machine. Why the hell on earth does it take you so long? Make better appointment system, I rather have appointment in 2 weeks but be in and out in reasonable time.

Given the power a positive review can have on any business in 2024 I feel it is necessary to take a few minutes out of my day to express my gratitude to the entire staff in the service department at Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown. I have been taking my Tuscon to this establishment religiously for 6 years now. The prices are always competitive and the wait times are short. The entire staff has always provided exceptional customer service and the waiting area is comfortable and clean. Yesterday I took my car in for an oil change earlier than necessary because I suspected I was in need of new brakes. The gentleman that greeted me was very polite and professional, he answered all of my questions (there were a lot) without hesitation and really heard my concerns about my brakes and tires. It

They sent me a offer for my car and then low balled me. It really is to bad i was ready to buy and drive away. The sales man was very nice and professional. Unfortunately the sales manager would not honor the offer they mailed for my car . My car was always serviced there so they definitely now my car.

Wait time for an oil change is 2 hours...even with an appointment 🤔...never coming here again...

This place never changes. I come for oil change and they tell me 2 to 3 hours. Like seriously why does it take so long for an oil change. Who has 2 to 3 hours to wait around. There is no need for 2 to 3 hours for a 20 minute job.
