I got a terrible oil change at a national chain that could have damaged my car and caused me thousands of dollars in damage. I came here without an appointment because I made an appointment in error at a different location! They were so professional and took my car right away. Found the issue immediately and fixed it at no cost. They even helped me with a write up so that I could try to get a rerun from the national chain. Everyone here was great from the time I pulled into the garage from the time I left. I won’t go anywhere else for an oil change or any other service again. Professional mechanics. Professional service. A perfect experience. And a clean, calm waiting area. Thank you!

I had a subpar experience with the service. I visited two weeks ago due to the car engine service light being on. They inspected the vehicle, generated an error code, and recommended replacing the sensor, for which they charged me over $800. However, after two weeks, the service engine light is on again with the same error code, and now they suggest replacing the throttle body for an additional $750. The concern is what they verified and tested two weeks ago. Did they overlook the throttle body issue and incorrectly identify the sensor as the problem? They took the time to listen to my concerns. The mechanic explained and showed me the parts of the vehicle that I was concerned about. The service manager set up my appointment with his employees so they knew why I was there.

The service staff is always very nice and communicative. I feel they only suggest what my car really needs and never makes me feel pressured to do anything extra. I get all my oil changes, maintenance and recently four new tires and the process was seamless! Worked with Jude specifically many times and he’s just the BEST! Makes dealing with car stuff really easy. Would trust his opinion!
