Nuffer's farm and auto repair is beyond excellent. I was in a bad situation with my Ford truck as the retention pulley had broken off and disengaged the serpentine belt. When the vehicle was towed to his place, he started to work on it right away. Found the problem, ordered the parts, put in a helicoil insert because the threads stripped out of the Aluminum block, reassemble the parts and got me back on the road within hours. The price was very reasonable (I wont say cheap) as his repair work was excellent. Roger did a fantastic job, within a great time frame and at a cost I thought was absolutely wonderful. Will be my mechanic from now until we move away from Bay City! I'd gotten an oil change at a chain and they told me my CV boot was ripped and wanted $450+. I had a 6 hour drive the next day. I dropped it off a Nuffer's (a friend had recommended them) and paid a minimal fee for an inspection that proved that the chain location lied. LOVE HONEST MECHANICS and will promote these guys any chance I get! That was weeks ago and my car is fine and safe.
