Trevor Dubay and his Tech, Michael Walker were very courteous and resolved my repair in a timely fashion. I plan on returning to Tri-City Auto & Brake for changing out my three belts that are due to being replaced. I was referred to their shop by a relative who was satisfied with the service she received. It's good to give our business to local merchants that can be trusted.

So far everything is great. I had my brakes done and I don’t know if it was rubbing on the rotor but my fuel mileage increase my over 5 miles per gallon. Very professional shop and pointed out other issues to get fixed next time.

Worked with this shop a few times now with a few different vehicles. Always happy with both their work, their service, and especially that everything they do is covered by warranty. I've always felt I could trust them, they were honest about what needed to be done now and what was truly optional, never pressured to get work done that wasnt really necessary. Definitely will continue to use this shop for future needs!

They were very kind and very knowledgeable. They were straight forward on all the issues to my truck. We set up an appointment and they gave me a ride back to my house. I'll definitely be recommending them to others.
