Our sales person, Andy, did an excellent job. He was professional & knowledgeable. The dealership was fast & professional. All documents were swiftly completed accurately, even though it was the end of a business day. They even stayed late to complete the sale. The only complaint I have is in not getting a reasonable trade-in amount for my vehicle, which was well below market value, but settled for it anyway to be able to get the car I wanted in their inventory. This literally cost me $2,500 more. Recommend selling your car independently versus trading it in there.

I really enjoyed working with Andrew. He had me the exact car I’ve been wanting for more than twenty years in my driveway in less than two days. He has been such a delight to work with and met my every need during this purchase. I had no money down, I’m a senior citizen recently widowed and my car situation has been less than pretty let’s say. I’ve never had anything but amazing experiences at Showcase Mitsubishi — and I say experiences because I’m now on my fourth car from them. There’s honestly not enough I could say about how incredible this dealership is. The owner truly treats customers like family and will bend over backwards to help you get into the car you want. The service department was AWESOME and helped us out when our newer/used Outlander started acting up. We are so glad to know that the closest Mitsubishi dealer to us has an honest service department that I won't hesitate to call. We didn't buy our vehicle from them but I wish we had!
