NWI Auto Supply

Great prices Friendly guys They know they're stuff Definitely I'll be back for now on. I'll tell others Definitely indeed!!!

I went to NWI for my first time today, I walked in and was the only customer- a second later another gentleman walked in and the one guy at the counter asked him if he could help him- the gentleman said well “ she was here first” and the guy behind the counter said “ they are other people here that can help her! I stood there for over 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. But when the other guy behind the counter finally said in an irritated voice, can I help you? And I asked him if it was such a bother I can go somewhere else. I don’t want to bother you when you’re irritated that I’m here wanting to buy a $300 part and he goes. We’re just busy do you need help I said not anymore and I walked out. They made me feel so unwelcome. I will never go there again.

I’ve been in there three times and it feels like it’s 1960 all over again.I walk in and stand there while no one looks my way and when they finally talk it’s with an attitude. There is one gentleman ,if he’s working who will acknowledge you but I can’t think of his name.Im there to buy a part, not to make friends but if I can go elsewhere to find a part I will because they truly don’t want my business. We were all made in his image.Be blessed.

Always have Oem Mopar parts when I need them for less than the dealer.

Great place to do business. They are professional and friendly. Perfect customer service.
