Usually going to a dealership is a dreaded experience, however, I was pleased with our experience here. First, there was a professional sales approach. Yes, of course they were trying to sell, but they listened and there was no manipulating pressure or sales manager back and forth. Negotiating was reasonable. They were polite and friendly. I feel like we got a good value for our investment. When a mechanical issue was noted on the car, it was promptly addressed and resolved. They gave us coffee and bottled water for our comfort. They offered a lower interest rate than our pre-approved lender with a shorter term. They also offered an extended warranty since the vehicle was older - which made sense. When we made our decisions, they respected them. Also, they were eager to serve us

I had a great experience when purchasing my 2020 Rogue from them! Everyone was professional and helped me find the right car for me! I’ve had it for a year now and have not had any major issues! My sister also purchased her jeep from them and had a wonderful experience!

Im not gonna lie I was skeptical to go to Oasis at first due to having heard bad things about them in the past. But I had an amazing experience. Travis, Carl and Aron worked magic and got me approved for a car. I didn't think Id be able to get one but like I said... Magic. Thank y'all so much for everything you did to make this happen you'll never understand how much I appreciate you and what y'all did for me and my little family just by getting me mobile. Y'all are amazing. If anyone needs a ride this is the place to go for sure. I've only had my car for a few days (too soon in my opinion for a review on the car) and it's a '23 - so there shouldn't be any issues- (it rides like a dream) but the customer service is top notch. I went to oasis to try to get some preliminary information on some cars. The salesman was very rude and did not want to share any information with me. He was only concerned with getting me to run my credit which I refused as I told him my brother would most likely be financing my purchase for me. When I asked for prices and cars in a certain price range, he refused to tell me which cars he had in that range. Once again trying to get me to run my credit. When I asked him the price of a certain car he said “if I knew information like that off the top of my head I wouldn’t be out here selling I would be in there counting my money”. I have never seen such laziness and attitude from a salesperson ever. He could have had a sale within the next day but his mouth and poor customer service lost o
