Ocampo Alternator’s & Starter’s

Terrible service!! I bought an alternator from Ocampo and it was bad from the jump. Over the past months I’ve been bringing my car in to get a new alternator because I’m under warranty and they don’t want honor the warranty and kept saying it’s good. Then today I come in the old man at the desk all of sudden doesn’t speak English and is very rude, I had to bring the police in to get my money back. I Wouldn’t recommend this place they are prejudice towards people of color and sell faulty parts.

I visited Ocampo for my 2010 Honda Odyssey alternator problem. To my uttermost disappointment they took my money and couldn’t successfully fix it after three attempts of run around with one excuse or the other. I can’t recommend this company to anyone serious. They only render cheap lousy job with a worthless guarantee.

This is my third time using this company to rebuild failed alternators and always great work. I called to get some rates because I couldn’t drive there, he gave me the rates and then spoke to one of his mechanics and offered to call me back. After the call back he said he can arrange for the mechanic to come to me uninstall the old alternator take it to the shop to get rebuilt. That’s what was done then he came back to install it and all is fine, they even offered me warranty on the rebuild. Good prices and great customer service

this place has fell off . I went today to take my alternator so they can redo it high output the old man at the counter said he can't do it .I remember getting all my alternators done at this place and now they no longer do high output alternators .they couldn't even redo my oem alternator ....

As a small business owner sometimes my clients just don't have$ 300 for a duralast alternator which is the same thing these are except ones original rebuilt and the other is duralast remanufactured I just wish there warranty was longer than a year you should offer a way to pay for extended warranty $60 more gives you 2 years
