I recently purchased a new Kawasaki KRX 1000 and had the pleasure of working with Chris Signorino and Alex at Off-Road Express. My experience was outstanding from start to finish. Chris and Alex made the entire purchasing process seamless and incredibly efficient. The paperwork was handled quickly, and when I came to pick up my new vehicle, it was spotless and ready to go. Unlike other places, there were no hidden fees or last-minute surprises during the financing process. The final price was exactly as we had negotiated. The professionalism and courtesy of the entire team were also remarkable. There was no pressure whatsoever, and I felt respected and well-informed throughout the process. Saw the ad for vehicles under $5000 so we drove an hour to the store with our trailer intending to buy one. The salesman was courteous and we found one we liked although the cheaper one was "out of stock". But, he then informed us that on top of the quoted price there is an additional $2000 fee for dealer prep. We walked out and will never be back. What BS!!

Bought a new to me 2018 ZR 8000 last week from Tim Himes. Got me approved and out the door quickly. Ran into some issues and they were quick to resolve them for me to insure a repeat customer. Will for sure be back in a couple years for another one!
