I bought a car from Mike and Eddie back in January. They were very accommodating to what I needed as far as buying the car and then with the follow up. They said you have a problem with anything let us know and a few things I asked them about, They addressed immediately. I didn't call first either, just dropped in and they took care of it,so I'm very happy with the purchase and their professionalism. Nice guys and I would recommend buying a vehicle from here.

We delivered the vehicle as agreed and fulfilled all terms on our end. However, this dealership is refusing to release payment for the completed service. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they are avoiding responsibility, blocking communication, and failing to respond properly. This is unacceptable business conduct. We expect payment for services rendered, and any reputable company should honor its financial obligations. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend doing business with this dealer.

It was one of the easiest trade-in purchases I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, should anything occur post sale, it's difficult to get resolved in a timely fashion, if at all. Nice people. But make sure you have your car inspected as they deal in muli-brand sales and are not up to speed on brand specific vehicle technologies.

I purchased a used Subaru from Mike here. Good price all things considered, good miles, good carfax. Its been about a month now and I love the vehicle. There’s some nice people working there. I only had one grievance and it was a communication error; however Mike has worked with me on it and it is resolved. If you know what kind of car you want, and they have it here; I think it would be worth heading to Parma to check them out.

My experience was easy and very friendly with this dealership, Michael Lowe is a great person with friendly attitude he approved me even with my bad credit and I was in my car within just a couple of hours, any questions customer might have will get honest answers his mechanic also good person, they even filled up my gas tank without a question. Highly recommend these people at this dealership to purchase a vehicle. Very friendly excellent attitude people, I will be back to them in the future for sure.
