The shop was great! Got our repairs done quickly and well. The price was fair considering the extensive issues our truck had. We came from Tri Cities and will do so again in the future. Great experience. Highly recommend!

My longtime mechanic retired and Oil Haus was recommended. I was at 150,000 miles and needed a good tuneup. Cost/time was impressive for how much I had done. I researched what maintenance is expected at this mileage and had a good expectation of costs. They had my car about 5 hours and only recommended needed items. They even said I could wait on one but I wanted to get everything out of the way. The final cost was very good, about mid-range of what I my research showed. Everyone was professional and all items were explained clearly. They even offered photos before doing the work. But I didn’t need to see them because I knew it was common at this mileage .

First and foremost, the family is so nice. Derek is wonderful. So pleasant to work with and was very helpful. Me as a space cadet brought my car in early because of my alarm I accidently set a day early reminder 😅 And he was so kind and thoughtful, even took a look at it the day of and got back to me that day with the diagnosis. Gave me my options and Super helpful and knowledgeable with what was wrong with my car. Picked it up the next day and is so thrilled how she runs. 😍 Absolutely recommend. My partner and I have great respect for him and his communication and just overall sweet soul. Thank You so much!!! They have been my go to for years, always super friendly even after 20 yrs. Came in with a motorhome with issues I couldn't figure out that's ancient... 1989 lol they figured it out and didn't charge me a ton of money to find out why I had issues.
