Towing In Walla Walla

I had the pleasure of working with Brian to get my car towed from Walla Walla to Kirkland. He had a good sense of humor and helped to make the process easy! I highly recommend Towing-In in Walla Walla!

They towed my car, it cost me almost 460$ to go pick it up. We call to make sure they accept card and all they say is yes. So we get there. He tells us he forgot how much we owe them so they made us go back to our house to get the paper work (something THEY should already have) then we go to pay with card, he THEN tells us it will be 14$ card fee so I go back to the atm to get money. Come back expecting to get my cash back with CASH but nope, they give a check for the amount THEY OWED ME BACK IN CASH SINCE I PAID THEM IN CASH. It took me way longer than it should have to get my car back.

After AAA failed to find me a tow truck for my 18’ travel trailer with a bad bearing Keven and Seth came to my rescue and repaired it on site. Won’t hesitate to call him again. Spent three hours on phone with AAA with no help. They fixed it in less than an hour and I was in my way. Thanks guys!!!

Very professional and helpful. I had a vehicle that had been sitting for years and instead of just yanking on it and damaging the vehicle, he took the time to make sure everything was lubed and freely spinning. Would recommend.

We are traveling on vacation across Washington state in Walla Walla, WA we took a drive to Palouse Falls and got a flat tire driving on the horrible gravel and rock filled road leading into the falls. We have an EV vehicle with no spare or jack. We called AAA and Ford Roadside assistance and they could not find us a tow truck. I googled tow companies in Walla Walla and Towing in Walla Walla came up. We received amazing customer service from the owners son who answered my call to Edgar who left right away to come help us with his flatbed tow truck! We rode with Edgar all the way back to Walla Walla to Les Schwaab where we got our tire fixed. Thank you so much for helping us out!
