When rime for "Fern's" 30,000 mi visit, Juan was smiles and full of incredible insights on how to make all the improvements money could possibly provide for the future of my vehicle. The service was quick. At the end, he took time to make sure I understood the work completed, provided post visit follow-up pages completed with color photos, with focus on areas of interest. Not pushy but showed interest. When asked for a lunch place to take my cousin, he gave a couple great suggestions. We were very pleased with our lunch.
