Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change

Found this place because it’s close to where I live and it had decent reviews. All the guys were amazing and very friendly. As a girl, it’s intimidating going to any kind of car place because I don’t know anything and often find myself frantically calling my dad. The employees here were so nice, not pushy, approached everything from an educational standpoint, not judgy. I went in for an oil change and this was the first time at a mechanic/repair place where I actually felt informed and confident in saying yes to more services. There’s a free car wash coupon at the bottom of the invoice. My car was extra spoiled, I even went to fill it up with gas after (not included, but it felt right lol). Came in with no appointment and was accepted right away. In and out in about 20 minutes. They try to sell you more than what you came for, but they aren't too pushy and if you decline they let it go. They gave me a complementary soda during the oil change and gave me one more for the road. Also a free car wash coupon and 33 point inspection is included in the price. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. And don't forget to get a discount from their website.

Very professional and great service. It is a very busy shop, so do expect to wait 1 hour. They offer you coffee, soda, or water while you wait. They checked my hood/ AC filter, put more air for tire pressures, washed my front and back windows. I got some coupons and a ticket for a free car wash nearby. I also received some solid advice and they do not pressure you to purchase things but they do give you the option to buy certain services/ add on for your car which is nice. I usually bring all my cars here, they do quick but good quality work. This time however I waited in my lane for an hour and half while they serviced one car. I watched other cars come and go in the other lanes, all of which came after, me get their service and go. I was not offered any sort of explanation and none of the staff tried to shuffle the vehicles around so I could get service sooner. Complete waste of my morning and I had to leave for another appointment and ultimately didn’t get an oil change. Extremely frustrating visit, I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere.

Super slow today. We have been waiting 40 minutes and still haven’t started on us yet. They spend a lot of time talking to each other. No sense of urgency. And truthfully I can clean my own windows. We just want a basic oil change and to go.
