Absolutely horrible customer service. I begged and pleaded with OkayCarz for help during COVID by just applying a referral fee to my account so my car didn’t get taken. They gave me the run around & never applied it until after car was taken. Then claimed I didn’t call and speak to them. It’s just evil . If all they needed was a verbal approval to apply my payment, why didn’t they do that before repossession of my car.

I leased a car here in May of 2015 and the car stopped working not even a week after my month warentee was up. Even though my warentee had JUST ended they refused to work with me on any kind of help with repairs for the car. After a month my car shouldn't need a new transmission! After giving the car back (mind you this was in 2015) I received a letter in the mail literally a couple weeks ago saying my car was at another car lot and was just left there for months and that I had to come pay per day for how long the car had been sitting there or else I would be fined and reported to authorities. But how when I GAVE THIS CAR BACK?! This place is raggedy don't waste your money here

Our car search was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE until we found OK Carz in Conyers. Bethany and John were VERY PLEASANT and made our buying experience so easy. My wife and I make GREAT money every month but we are in the process of repairing my wife's credit and we KNEW her score would be an issue. Dealership after dealership claimed they could help us and we would go in to the store and they'd waste our time LYING about down payment amounts and what they could do. It ended up being a waste of time over and over again. On top of that, EVERY SINGLE buy-here-pay-here lot we researched had HORROR STORIES of the car salesmen putting them in cars that were TERRIBLE! Went just check out prices and what was on lot just a few minutes after their posted closing time stepped inside to ask for only price There was a girl and a guy there which proceeded to yell at me and tell me I had to leave that they were closed the guy was very belligerent and rude would not even offer the price but keep screaming at me that I had to go . Needless to say they will not get my business and I will make sure others know this also.
