Olsen Truck

This placed saved me from winter freezing conditions. My trucks water separator filter jammed on this very cold days. Luckily this place was near by. Stopped to buy fuel anti gel ( prices are very reasonable compared to truck stops) Borrowed their tool to replace fuel filter.

Jay Jansen, the service manager, is a delight to work with. He pre-ordered everything needed for the PM service interval oil & filter change and assigned James, Josh and Mason to my truck immediately upon arrival. In addition to the complete PM , they accomplished on OPS oil filter system installation as well as full DOT inspection on my truck and trailer . All done in a timely manner at a cost savings to me. I’ll definitely be returning to Olsen’s for future service and highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality work done in a timely fashion. Had my truck in for a full service overhead and 2 tires on a trailer. Tires got done I can appreciate that. Overhead got done I can appreciate that as well. But what I can’t appreciate is the fact that they replaced other parts on top of what was supposed to be done without so much as a phone call….. and on top of that the “full” service was not done. Oil filters were not changed fuel filter was not changed and oil was at the same level when I dropped it off as to when I picked it up about a gallon low.. not a big deal go grab a gallon and find someone else to change the oil. But what really chaps my ass about their “full” service is that not a single grease zerk was touched and there wasn’t even a drop of grease thrown to the 5th wheel….. they used to be a good reputable shop but not so m

This shop charge me triple price for changing my truck radiator. They told me that 3 mechanics were working on it. Before they started I asked how many hours it will take, their mechanic told me that it will take 4 to 5 hours and their price is $139.50 per hour. After they finished they gave me bill with triple labor price because 3 mechanics were fixing my truck. Be careful guys.Better to pass places like this one. 🤬🤬🤬

Called in broke down on the side of Hwy 60 Cedric was sent out, diagnosed my issue and returned with parts and got me rolling again in a very reasonable time. Thanks so much…
