Driving to South Dakota for business and my water pump went out. Got it to Rod and he said to be patient. I thought that would mean 4-5 hours. Within 10 minutes the part was delivered and I was on the road within an hour. He was fantastic and had a very clean shop and facility. His office manager was super as well. My wife's vehicle was having issues in St. James. I told my wife to find Rod's Repair since I was 45 minutes away. I've met Rod previously and I've only heard good things about his business. Thankfully she was close and they came to the rescue right away. They got it fixed up quickly and at a fair price. I really appreciate their great communication and willingness to help people in the middle of a busy schedule. That quality is unfortunately getting lost in a lot of businesses. Bad business. Refuses work for no reason. My wife called today and asked to schedule an oil pan gasket change that i had called for an estimate this morning. When she called to schedule he said he was not interested.

Very happy you were able to fix my truck and the warning lights after another shop in Iowa messed it up! So nice to have a straight steering wheel and no warning lights again. Amazed with the low cost!! Thank you so much!!

Wow!!! I was going go the cities for training and broke down. I was far from home and didn't know what to do. Got a tow. Looked up reviews for a shop to take it to and found these guys. I dropped it off after close and they repaired quickly the next business day. The shop guy was so kind. Offered me water bc I had been stranded. Little did he know I had been stuck on road for hours before my tow arrived. I highly recommend these folks! Thanks Rods team!
