O'Reilly Auto Parts

I been going to this part store even before it because oriellys always had good customer service but now that it has become oriellys I been having one bad experience after another I can never get the right parts always getting the wrong parts having to wait another day for the right part just wasting my time and the customer service is horrible today this guy that runs the place JD yelled at me today to the point that I was about to go around the counter and get physical with him but i was able to stop myself all over me returning the wrong parts they ordered and trying to get the right ones

My car lost power on my drive home, I needed a engine coil. So I walked into this O’Reilly auto parts and the lady at the front counter (Racheal) wasn’t able to find the part in the store, so she calls another O’Reilly an hour drive away and they have the part I need. So Racheal drives halfway there meets up with the guy from the other store and drives all the way back to drop off the part I need to get home. I am very impressed and grateful for this costumer service. I will exclusively be going to O’Reilly auto parts because of this young ladies kindness, we need more people like Racheal in this world!

Hey really great store, talk about customer service! The young lady here really impressed me. She knew her stuff, and was incredibly helpful!

This was an awesome place to shop for parts the gentleman who helped even put my wiper blades on my truck for me. He was very helpful. I will shop here from now on for parts.

Great place for automotive parts and if they don't have it they can usually get it the same day from another store or they can get it the next day
