I can't thank the staff at this establishment enough. Joy was my staff member I dealt with the most. She was fantastic and always kept me in the loop on what was going on with my vehicle and any changes that was required at all times. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs any detailed car repairs. I take my hat off to this establishment and they will come highly recommended by me.

I have never had a problem scheduling service at Olympic. My vehicles are handled with care and I am always kept abreast on the services performed. My initial time going to Olympic Tire was due to my Mercedes being towed to their facility. During that time, they replaced my alternator belt and their rates were very reasonable. I was so impressed that I now bring my Mercedes to their facility for all repairs and maintenance services. I’m here to stay especially with the great service, superb rates and efficiency.

Called late Thursday afternoon to reschedule appointment for oil and filter change, tire rotation and check brakes for wear to see if should replace brakes. Received appointment for Friday morning @ 11am. (Original appointment was Monday afternoon @ 3pm 10/27/2025.) All was taken care of quickly and I was on my way again about 12:30pm. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The staff is always nice and eager to help in any way. They do excellent work on my car to oil changes to putting tires on the car. I have moved an hour away from the location that I go to in Conyers however I continue to go because of the good service.
