When buying a property without a loan, escrow doesn't often remind you that you need a valid fire policy at the time of closing. I needed a policy same day to close and in California where getting a policy in itself is next to impossible. Gigi immediately set everything aside and made it seem like I was her only client. She researched and bound a policy for me within a few hours and I comfortably closed escrow! She's the one to call!
