On the Run

I love this car wash! The chemicals are excellent, the wash doesn’t scratch the finish, and the crew works hard to please the customer. Great team!

I recently visited On the Run/Autospa located in Ellisville, Mo, by the Home Depot. The station was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious layout that made it easy to maneuver my vehicle around the pumps. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They keep the store well-stocked and organized. I appreciated the variety of snacks, drinks, and other essentials available inside. The restroom facilities were also surprisingly clean for a gas station, which was a big plus. The gas prices were competitive, and I had no issues with the pump or payment system. It was nice to see additional amenities such as a car wash, and pay-at-the-pump convenience. The full service car wash is really nice also. Coffee pots always empty . Once the am pots are empty its set up to look like being cleaned. All4 coffees! Only availble coffe is the preflavored sugary machine coffee Ill come back @ noon same story Im working early and my break or lunch is 9am when i drive by and i can never get a cup of good black coffee with a splash of cream!

I always liked this car wash as it's brushless and doesn't scratch your car. Today I was really impressed by one of the supervisors named Caleb. After my car went through the wash he looked at it and noticed my hood wasn't as clean as it should be. He came in to explain to me that they were going to run it back through and apologized for the delay. Then he personally washed and dried my car for me. With that attitude Caleb has a bright future ahead of him.

Car Wash person accidentally locked keys in car!! They were able to unlock the drivers door rather quickly. Neither of the attendants got frustrated they just kept at it until they got the job completed.
