On Time Towing LLC

I hit a deer on my way home from a family event while traveling with my wife and my 1.5-year-old daughter. I was unable to find a towing company on my own, so a police officer arranged a tow for me. What followed was outright predatory. A 25-mile tow somehow turned into a $700 bill after this company piled on an absurd list of excessive and unjustified fees. When I calmly and respectfully asked if they could work with me on the price, they flatly refused. There is nothing ethical, reasonable, or defensible about charging $700 for a basic tow. Their only “solution” was to drop the bill to $250 if I signed the title of my vehicle over to them. That is not a discount — this feels like coercion in my opinion. I felt pressured and taken advantage of. I am filing formal complaints with the BBB

Great people to work with. We had to battle the insurance company to cover the accident but On Time Towing worked with us until insurance paid. The insurance company wanted to take our vehicle before we were notified and removed our personal items. The guys ay On Time Towing wouldn't release it until they spoke to us. They were very calm and helpful when picking up the vehicle. I keep their card in all of our vehicles now. Bless you all!

What a bunch of crooks. My son, a collage student had to use my car because of an issue with his. Parked in his lot and at 5:00 AM he sees my car on the hook. Runs out and is told "give me $200 in cash and I won't tow it". Really... the lot has 20 spots in it and 5 were being used. Sure it's easy money for these guys to take advantage of broke collage kids. When I called the towing company, the response I received was "this is typical and totally appropriate". Go tow someone parked in a handicap spot. What a joke. If you need a tow, find a different company.

This company is outstanding! They are fantastic! I broke down on hwy H and the owner came out and towed my car to my house in below zero conditions. He also gave me great advice on my car. The price was absolutely fair and service was great. Also my daughter in-laws car was running with the keys locked in it, they came to her rescue again in freezing weather and opened her car for her. The price was absolutely fair and again they were fast. Thank you so much to them. I truly appreciate the honest, and great service from them.
