We had an outstanding experience with Precision Auto Care. The owner, Daryl Lopez, went above and beyond to take care of our family. He let us know about a critical issue with one of the ball joints on our very old car that our teenage driver uses, something that could have been dangerous if left unchecked. Not only did Daryl take the time to explain the issue clearly, but he was also able to fit us in the same day, fix the problem immediately, and even showed us the old part as proof of the work (something he didn’t have to do, but it really showed his honesty and professionalism). It’s obvious that this is more than just a business, it’s a family-oriented shop that genuinely cares about the community.
