One Stop Auto Shop

I took my Subaru here about 3-4 years ago and they did exceptional work, 5 star work for sure, so I brought the same car back to them. When I got my Subaru back, yesterday, there was still dirt in the seats, there was green algae around the mirrors, on the roof rack, and on top of the roof, there was brake dust all over the wheels like they had not even been touched. Sadly it looks like the car was run through the car wash by Costco, wiped down with armor all, and half heartedly vacuumed and that’s about it. I paid nearly $300 for a full detail and I’m still left with a lot of work to do myself. I’m not sure what’s changed here but the quality is not what it used to be. This was really disappointing.

Took my truck in about six months ago to get a wash wax full detail. They didn't do the wheels and tires.I thought oh well maybe they made mistake. So I recently just took it back in for the same full wash and wax. Once again the wheels weren't washed or waxed.I asked the young man about it.And he said he did them. He stood right there and lied to me.I ran my fingers crossed them They weren't washed much less polished or waxed. I showed the young lady inside.She didn't have anything to say she just had a Dumb look on her face. I asked to have the owner call And never did.

They did a pretty good job on most of the car, but there was a fair amount of dust left in some of the nooks and crannies. If I hadn't paid over $200 (interior detail and pet hair removal) I'd probably be fine, but my partner paid less than I did for his car (same make), and his was pristine. Not sure if they were rushed or it was someone not as experienced, but disappointed that there still things for me to clean.

I had a great experience with sacred shine. They did an expert job on my truck.

I just got my car cleaned on Thursday. It’s considerably cleaner than it was when I brought it in so I’m happy with that even though there was some mud still on the back seat I don’t care about that it was very minimal. What I care about is the stuff that was stolen from my car that I will be calling about on Monday. I will press charges if these items are not returned to me. I went in this morning to inquire about my very large hunting knife they took from my car and they said they don’t have it. I mean of course they wouldn’t have it. One of their workers took it. I did leave it thinking there was no way somebody would be that dumb to take a big knife that was in plain sight like that but I was wrong. Don’t leave ANYTHING in your car you don’t want taken.
