One Twenty Two Collision Conyers

I recently got into an accident and decided to take a chance on this body shop, and I must say, I absolutely love the work they did! My car looks newer than the day I bought it! They are amazing and such great customer service! Accommodated me with getting a rental while my car was in their shop and when I was unable to return for my car, they dropped it off at my job for me. I will be sure to use them again for any repairs or maintenance needed!

Overall they did a good job, I did notice two little dents in my fender, but I was assured that if anything happens I’m covered they completed the work when they told me it would be completed and they also kept me informed about the status of my car. I am happy with my results, and also my car was detailed very nicely

I picked this shop to complete repairs on my 2025 Honda Civic after a hit and run accident. Keep in mind I had driver door and driver back door damage. The inside of my car door was not damaged at all ( buttons for the windows and or unlock and lock panel) they had my car a full mouth,and when I did get it back the panel buttons were now worped and melted as if they just left the car in the hot sun with no coverage. I called to get it replaced and they did so, I was happy with the actual work but not happy that other damage had occurred on their watch.They sent me a survey and I let it be know I was not satisfied with the storage of my vehicle, Miranda felt it necessary to call me and ask why my review was less then pleasing as if I was in the wrong for my car having more damage then I ini

The worst ever they held on to car for over a month gave me an estimate pick up date, then called me out the blue one day and told me my vehicle was totaled which was an absolute lie. This place is full of scammers. That is just trying to get insurance money do not take your car here they totaled out a perfectly fine brand new car that only had 6000 miles on it just had a slight dent in the bumper. And just because they realize they could not fix it and did not know what they were doing. They took the car apart and returned it looking worse than how it looked when I dropped it off!!! This experience has been the worst experience ever in my life. This is the first car I ever drove off of the lot brand new and now I’m out of $40,000 because this company is full of scammers. this situation ha

Was referred here by Allstate. Gina up front was very nice and knowledgeable from the moment I encountered her. She first called to ask me to come in earlier and not 4:30 and was very pleasant then. After that, during the drop off, she was very quick and polite then. She constantly kept me updated the whole time. The work done was great. I dropped my car off on Friday, and they told me it would be ready around Wednesday. To my surprise, it was ready Monday afternoon. Also, just a plus, if you rent through enterprise, they will pick you up there, and you can return your rental car to this site! Such a great experience here. Thank you!
