I found my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer SS online at One Way Auto Sales in Grand Rapids MI. I called on Christmas Eve morning and left a message hoping they would call me back. Fati called me back that same day in the afternoon. I let him know that I live in Maryland and wasn't sure about the process if we decided to purchase the vehicle. We followed back up after Christmas and we did a video call/walk around of the vehicle. He let me know it was in an accident and it has a rebuilt title. First, I have never bought a vehicle site unseen, in a different state and as well as something with a rebuilt title. Looking for a car for my daughter for college. I tend to try and find the highest rated used car dealer. Which bought me to One way online. I found a car my daughter loved. I have boughten many cars in my 49 years. So I've dealt with many car salesman most are very pushy and not seem like they care. That is not One Way. They were very attentive to all of my questions and made me feel at ease I actually felt like I've known them awile. Theyfeel genuine like they really care. Buying a rebuilt title vehicle for my first made me nervous, but the owner reassured me that if I had any issues, I could bring the car back and he would make it right. And that’s exactly what he did. When I first picked up my car, the A/C wasn’t working. As soon as I let him know, he took care of it immediately, free of charge. But the main reason I want to leave this review is because of of the owners kindness and willingness to stick his neck out for me.
