Very happy with the professionalism. Mike was able to liaison and coordinate between myself and my endurance warranty, for my blown transmission. I was kept in the loop throughout the different stages of the process and he patiently explained all the details as they came up, and answered my questions. The estimate was very accurate and there were no hidden surprises.

I had a great experience at O’Neil GMC. Tim was super friendly and really listened to what I wanted done. The tech knocked out all the updates on my truck in about 4 hours, just like they said it would be. No surprise phone calls or upsells in between, just smooth from start to finish. They even charged my truck to 100% before giving it back. Honestly, a 5-star experience all around.

A few months back my air conditioning started blowing hot air, right in time for the sweltering summer heat. It also happened at a time when money was tight. So, for the first time in my life, I decided after reading online and looking at “You Tube” videos that I could tackle this by myself. BIG MISTAKE! It turned into a total nightmare, so I threw in the towel and made an appointment. After dropping off my car with half of the dash removed and parts all over, they turned around and returned my car in better shape than it had been!! It was put all back together beautifully, cleaned and the air conditioner was chillin!!!!! They even gave me a great price on the repair! When dropping off my SUV I was greeted Very pleasantly by Tim (Service Advisor). He listened to me regarding my repair work and a recall for my vehicle. Then on the day of work he called me to update me on the repair work. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on going forward with repairs. Then when my vehicle was done He called to inform me that it was ready, then he had to return my call regarding pickup (because it was a holiday and their hours were shortened that day). But I would say that O'Neil GMC did a great job with the repairs and keeping me informed about my vehicle's readiness with much respect and utmost politeness. I can't say enough about them. (This was my first visit to this dealer)

I have been going to Gmc for a long time never had any issues until recently. I bought my vehicle from them and I continue to do my services with them as well. Not too sure I will be doing it with them much longer. I requested to have an inspection done on my vehicle and was somehow booked as an oil change and was not aware of it until it was time for payment. I tried to respectfully address this as I had an oil change just in the last week of February, and they tried to make me pay for the oil change as it “ Was in the books as an oil change and they do not check if a client is actually in need of an oil change if it’s booked, they do it” per (T__). At this point, I was heated and disgusted with the fact that I was told I need to make the payment as the oil change was already completed. E
