OOROO Auto - Green Valley

Had a new battery installed. They got right on it even though they told me it would be a while. I have a car with the start stop feature and had to be programmed, it works perfectly I will be bringing my cars here for everything. Best auto repair in Green valley.

Dead battery! Checked in with Ooro and (on a very busy day) was told to bring it in. They dropped in a new battery free of charge. Battery still had about 6 months left on warranty. Thank you Eddie and all of your crew! Excellent customer service!

Excellent service! They communicated well, keeping me informed about what was going on with the car. That is exactly what any responsible car owner wants when they take their vehicle somewhere to be serviced. Ooroo's personnel are definitely professionals, and it's very obvious that solid customer service is part of their training.

Ooroo was recommended to me by Dave at Oreilly’s as the only shop in Green Valley he would send anyone to. I’ve now taken my car there on two occasions and both times they have over delivered. I was given an estimate up front as well as an explanation of the services and charges. No surprises, no pressure or pushing anything I didn’t need. Highly recommended.

My car was towed to Ooroo for overheating issues. They gave me an estimate of $4000. I called around to other auto shops, who told me that estimate was ridiculously high (eventually got the work done for $2500 at another shop). When I tried to have my car towed from Ooroo (so I could take it to another shop), they would not relinquish my keys until I paid $44.00 for the estimate. Short version: they gave me a sky-high estimate and then held my car hostage until I paid to get my keys back.
