Gorgeous homes in a beautiful setting. HOA is a bit high, but you do get alot for that fee. Lots of amenities. Felt very safe in this area compared to some other locations in AZ we looked at. If we were golfers, it would be a place for us!
Bought a lot on Fourth of July 2002, had our designed and built late 2002, and moved in the spring 2003. I think we were number 496 and they are closing in on 3000 homes here now. Wonderful place and certainly no regrets. The view from our backyard is attached.
Good on you, Robson family!! You don’t live here to witness the true ambiance of the wailing coyotes when the Nextdoor housing boom hits the fireworks on holidays!!! We enlisted in this community for our last few years of peace and quiet!! You have lied and betrayed us! We deserve to live within the comfort that we have earned and paid for our lives!!! Not expecting to hear from you nor anyone in the family because you are resting comfortably……
I love Quail Creek! I am wondering, is there a way to get a copy of floor plan of the cimmaron model?
Our new home build is perfect! The resort living is the best with new Canyon Club pool n gym+bistro
