I highly recommend Take 5 Oil, in Sahuarita, AZ at Duval Mine and I-19. I recently brought my truck in for an oil change, and they were immensely helpful and honest. They got me in and out very quickly. The garage manager and the mechanic took their time to show me a coolant leak, and they identified what needed to be repaired and explained everything to me. They even checked my battery and carefully looked over the engine to ensure my truck was in good shape. It was amazing to see how much they care about their customers. Their prices are very reasonable, and it is clear they are not trying to take advantage of their customers. They even gave my huge dog several bones and water while we waited. Service was quick. Initially, I thought it was overpriced. After speaking to them and seeing the oil change was up to 10,000 miles it was not bad. The one fellow was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. I didn't have an appointment either.

Immediate and courteous service at the location in Green Valley, AZ. The techs went out if their way to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend! This was my first time getting my oil changed at this location, and honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had for something as routine as this. The customer service was outstanding—everyone I interacted with was polite, attentive, and clearly knew what they were doing. One of the technicians, Richard, mentioned that they treat every vehicle as if it were their own, and I can’t emphasize enough how accurate that felt. The care and professionalism really stood out. I’ll definitely be relying on them from here on out, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Service people were articulate and competent and friendly. Service was a little slow and I came away with my oil light still showing 40% life instead of being reset and now I have to figure that out. I appreciated that the tech let me know of an online coupon I was able to use for 30% off.
