My daughter had an issue with her 2017.5 Nissan Rogue while traveling through Albert Lea on a Friday evening on her way to Minneapolis. Josh and Jonathan hooked it up to the computer and talked with me on the phone to decide the best course of action. Really appreciate you guys helping out!

I urgently needed to replace my battery before heading out of town. While waiting for a jump, I called Oreillys to see if they had a battery for my car, they did. And not only did they have it, but they put it in for me too - only after testing my alternator because as he said, “why would I put a new battery in if it’s the alternator.” Service: A+++! Saved the day!

I can't entirely blame the folks at O'Reilly for not wanting to take out other people's trash. However it's the little courtesies that have the biggest impact on your business. By taping the ash tray on top of the trash can to keep people from discarding things like my lunch sack from McDonald's, what they're telling their customers is to spend their money with them, but take their trash (which apparently would include cartons from the parts put on immediately at their store) with them. Since the courtesy of placing a usable trash receptacle out front for customers use is beneath these folks, I've decided to take my money elsewhere. Advance Auto Parts was more than courteous enough to provide not one, but two trash cans out front for customer use, and thus the reason they got my $184 s

I was on a road trip from Jackson, WY back home to Milwaukee, WI and my battery died somewhere in South Dakota at 3:30am. I was able to get a jump but couldn't turn my car off until I could get a new battery and stores were open. I was incredibly tired and the guys at this location were so kind and helpful, despite being incredibly busy because the store had just opemed. Steve (who I believe is a delivery truck driver for the store) installed my battery for me so I could be on my way for the last four hours of a 20-hour solo drive. I was and am so very grateful for helping me during a really stressful time.
