Terrible attitude and customer service about replacing wiper blades. The sign outside said “free windshield wiper replacement installation,” and when I asked for that service inside I got an eye roll, then looked at my boyfriend and said “you don’t know how to do it?” not cool.

My wipers needed replaced. The rear wiper was different than my last car, so I went to 2 different places in town, only to be turned away as they couldn't find a wiper that fit. I pulled in to O'Reillys, already feeling down on my luck. The manager was at the cash register - knew exactly what wiper i needed right away. He even walked outside and installed it for me in under 60 seconds. I was so relieved after the day I had, I could've cried. He was so calm the whole time I talked to him, friendly, and had great customer service. I am a huge fan of this O'Reillys now!

Ian was quite helpful, as I was traveling through heading South to Missouri, My alternator went out and I couldn't afford a new alternaso, so Ian charged my battery to keep going for a while and he had no problem helping me out he was kind, Intuitive and it didn't bother him at all to be a helping hand, thank you Ian

I will say, that was the most easiest processes I have ever had. A team member helped me promptly, and even helped me with the situation in all time, record time. Very approachable and had great consumer service skills. Communication was on point! I will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you so much for making this experience stress free!
