Outstanding Service and Quality at O'Reilly Auto Parts! I recently visited O'Reilly Auto Parts, and I can't express how impressed I am with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile. They wer e incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, helping me find the exact parts I needed for my car. The store was well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the aisles. I was also pleasantly surprised by their wide selection of products, ranging from everyday maintenance supplies to specialty items. Not to mention, their prices are very competitive! I didn't have any issues with waiting in line. Lines are a part of life when in-store shopping. Nowadays you can order online and skip lines so I don't understand reviews griping about waiting. I wish I had remembered the guys name who helped me. He pulled up battery brands / I have never ever used O'Reilly's Super Start battery. I had always used Dura Last a excellent brand battery that went 6 years. No lie. Anyway that's a Auto Zone brand but, my guy friends say try O'Reilly's Dura Last isn't what it used to be. So, I discussed all this with the young man. He was so helpful he discussed the warranties, etc, even let me stand there and make a decision while he helped other customers. He was definitely multi tasking and trying to help everyone in line. I made my decision

I was helped by Sabrina and I just want to say that she is wonderful and very transparent. I don’t think I have ever been helped in such a good and needed way. I love this store. I appreciate this store and all the help that come with it

I called this store the first time and someone picked up, I stated I needed a part and the man hung up on me immediately. I’ve called the store 9 times now in a 30 minute window of the first call and haven’t gotten an answer at all after the first answer. And I’m in a pretty bad situation on the side of the road and really needed better customer service and reliability. Unbelievable. Called again 10 minutes after this post for someone to put immediately ask me to hold and I kindly said yes sir, afterwards the call instantly ended and no one will answer the phone again afterwards.

Robert was a phenomenal help. Despite a rusted battery bracket, he was able to install the new battery and set me up with the right sized replacement bracket. Very honest and genuine service, could not ask for much more!
