The sales associates have always been super helpful in answering questions, offering pointers etc. this afternoon, Mr. Patrick went above and showed me how to do something on my own, helping me to understand how the headlights and turn signal are held in my car, so I can now do them on my own, if I need to. They always have a smile for the customers as well.
Patrick!!!! I loved doing business with him when he was at advance. He was always super knowledgeable and friendly. However I prefer O'Reilly's and having Patrick there just makes me prefer it more.
They usually have the best prices for car parts and they price match. The staff are always so helpful.
Patrick, he, in particular, makes every experience I have there golden. He represents himself and the company to the fullest!
