Tanner Auto Repair Plus

They set me up an appointment a week out. For that Monday morning I drop off my van. They called the next morning letting me what they found (which was different from why I dropped off) said it could have been caused by the problem they found. Let me know it would be ready the next evening. It was indeed ready by the time the gentleman told me. My van runs so much better. I would use them again.

Called last week and scheduled 2 alignments for first thing this morning(appointment). Got the first one there before they opened and they said would have to leave it(after they said they would put it right in first thing since waiting on it). Said didn’t know if they could get to the other one( mind you had APPOINTMENTS set up well in advance) after saying I’ll just take them somewhere else, they agreed to jump on them. 3 hrs later, they come out with needing new parts to do the alignment on one( parts I already changed). Lied saying it was doing something it clearly wasn’t. I’ve already had problems in the not too distant past with them (saying one price and charging another, saying they misquoted). Decided to give them another chance on something simple. My mistake. They use to be good

They are busy so plan ahead if possible. The work was completed on my truck within the timeline promised and I'm pleased!

They are super honest and well priced. They helped me with my warranty claim and got my car running. Thank you Mr. Tanner and his staff for your help!

They were Rude on the phone, told me over and over they would not help me with my car. Everything I needed done was pretty easy. Not sure why the guy on the phone was so unwilling to work on my car? I had cash in hand ready, and I was polite, wish they had better customer service, will not be spending any money with a business who is rude to customers. And I’ll be telling all my family and friends in the area about my experience. Hope y’all have the day you deserve
