Austin was a great help! Needed to replace my lowbeams. (one had gone out) He helped me find the set I had seen online, and installed them for me very quickly.

Didn't even get to the counter had 5 minutes (before having to meet an appointment ) to buy a product one employee was playing mechanic in the parking lot at least one other was back in the office and the guy at thw counter moving and talking like a snail. Very common for this location, many times ive waited long periods of time here just tobget to the counter. Slowest O'Reilly in the state i have no doubt.

I don't go to auto shop off of them but when I do I look for the cheaper price and good brands in O'Reilly best job.

Justin was very kind and went the extra mile to ensure we got back on the road safely even though it was SO cold :)

Friend of mine's check engine light popped on and I recommend we go to O'Reilly's to get the code read. Asst. Manager was a very helpful young man and read the code for us and explained the likely cause and likely severity. Was a big help when we had to do more driving and needed to know the severity of the issue. O'Reilly's has always been helpful when I've had on the road issues
