Needed new batteries. I called ahead to ensure they had row for my 2022 f250 diesel. They said they had them and could swap them for me on the phone. When I arrive, this short guy Christopher said oh my those batteries are heavy, In short or i would swap them. Then i said on the phone the guy I spoke to said you would swap them. at 566.00 I thought why not. Next, Christopher said a tool kit was swiped so they couldn’t swap batteries. He said a tool kit hadn’t been returned I told Christopher that is he had a tool kit, there would be a “hold my beer moment that my truck was up from Florida and i normally travel with tools, but doing sport show i had limited space. I picked up these oh so heavy batteries. !!! and swapped them in the parking lot in less than 15 minutes start to finish I

11/8 1145 am: Employee Frederick needs an attitude adjustment and was not helpful at all!! Needs to go back to customer service training. Asked him price of a product "I don't know" and just stands there. Then when I checkout he acted annoyed when I tried to give him my phone number for Oreilly rewards. Also did not offer a bag for my multiple items. Usually have a good experience at this location. Why does a great company like oreilly hire rude staff - smh? Manager should talk to this one. Will likely go back to the one in north blue springs they're more helpful.

Went into O'Reilly's today person at the cash register very rude obnoxious need a oil filter showed me the screen told me I could go back to the wall and get it myself. Didn't have the stock number and didn't know what to get I left I'll never go back
