Just stopped in the other day to get something looked at. He was able to advise me with a better part, highly recommend Mark and his high knowledge of mechanical ⚙️ engineering and his customer service skills. Amazing place for car help, when you DIY! And as I can see he is a highly recommended Service Rep at the O Parts in Bonita Springs next to Dollar General.

Just stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Bonita Springs purchased a battery and was taken care of by an employee named Mark one of the best I've ever had he did an outstanding job very nice very professional and it was very happy when I left. He took the old battery out installed the new one and put everything back together in just a matter of minutes spoke very highly of his coworkers which is always nice to hear as well as the management that says a lot for the business

When my car needed a Coolant Filler Hose at the last minute...they had one in stock and saved me!! I had just replaced my radiator and everything was good for a few days but I noticed a leak near my filler hose and when I went to tighten the hose it just disintegrated. The day before I was to pickup our friends at the airport!! O'Reilly was the only store in town that had one in stock!! Y'all saved my azz.

O’Reilly of Bonita springs definitely has the best parts employees I’ve experienced. The one that sticks out the most is Noah. I’m a regular customer there and there has been no time where he’s gotten me the wrong part, not been professional, and has had many instances where he’s been the go to guy for my parts. 11/10
