Shout out to Branden. We had a battery that was almost 6 years old. Was getting hard to start. Branden tested it for us & it did need replaced. He recommended 3 different batteries that were similar to what we had. He installed it for us pretty quickly. Great customer service, which is hard to find these days.

I was at the store to buy ford 2013 steering rack and given me the price and then ask me for something that I never heard of that I should put a deposit down to return the old steering rack which I owned . It’s mine WHY? Is this Oreilly business model

I had a hunch and I was right! Long story short, we’re getting ready for a road trip and I decided to have my battery tested as I had purchased a great used car I love a couple years ago. Sure enough, it was going bad! The young men at O'Reilly Auto Parts here in BROWNSBURG saved my vacation. Especially CJ, who had my battery checked, purchased and replaced in just shy of 30 min so I could make it to parent teacher conferences! Thank you for being awesome!

I gone in Sunday12/7 5:40 with daughters car Asked if I could get a read on a check engine light. The kid threw the channel locks he had down hard on the counter grabbed the reading tool and walked towards the door mumbled what car? I was close to saying don’t bother I’ll go to anther place. Young kids man that store with no supervision. Stay away!!

Been to many parts stores. Average service usually. But this particular O'Reilly store was awesome! We were desperate for last minute parts to make next round qualifications at the NHRA US Nationals. The 2 employees working late night were right there to find what we needed. O'Reilly & these employees set us up with what we needed to qualify in a tough field. We had a great weekend at the dragstrip because of O'Reilly & their employees! Thank You All!
