I wouldnt have even put a star up bit i had to to continue with my review. Rude unhelpful workers. Thought it was funny and both workers thought it was funny because i said i was going to another store. I would never recommend this store to anyone I work hard for the money i spend at stores and not going to be treated like a nobody after leaving rhis store. I understand we all have our bad days but this is every time i enter that store which wont be for a very long time now. I have mot only witmessed this first hand ut have heard the same story from lots of other people.

I was having a panic attack trying to figure out a part in my car and William took action knowing how to speak to me to calm me down so he can help me figure out the problem. I was able to get home and figure out the problem and I’m really grateful for the kindness that was shown to me by not only Bill but also everyone else in the store. Thank you guys.

I walked in the store and there were 3 guys standing around and not once did they as if I needed help. I finally asked where the antifreeze was and was told "up front". I made my purchase and asked if it would be safe to put antifreeze in now as I only drove a few blocks. The one guy shook his head like I was dumb and the kid said wait about 10, 15 or more minutes. I walked out and drove to Casey's and a nice kid helped me put the antifreeze in the truck. Sorry I am a female and I usually have my husband take care of these kinds of things but I was 35 minutes away from home and just got off work and did not want to over heat my truck driving home. They could have helped me out more like the Fort Madison store!!! This is actually the 3rd time I have entered this store and had the same treat

Every time I go to O'Reilly's I look for Justin Jacob's to be behind the counter thank God this day he was he has always helped me the best any part salesman ever has above & beyond if there were 10 Stars I'd give them to him and the older gentleman that was working with him he was really cool too Justin feels like he could be my brother or something I really feel security when I see it's Justin that's here I'm happy to hear he's being made manager you couldn't have picked a better guy

My husband bought front brake calipers for his truck this afternoon. The passenger side went on no problem, but when putting on the driver side he discovered that it was a passenger side packaged in the wrong box. He went to return it and they didn’t have more, but it would take forever to ship and Fort Madison had it. The guy helping him called them and they verified it was the correct one. He told my husband Fort Madison closes at 9. My husband got to Fort Madison at 8 and was greeted by the worker locking the doors telling him “nope.” Where I work, we would’ve been embarrassed the part was packaged incorrectly and done everything we could to get the customer the correct part the next morning. If sending the customer to another store (who we were already on the phone with) we would verif
