Stopped in my RV helpful but wanted me out of the lot I could tell.

I want to thank the gentleman that help my daughter and me on Sunday morning June 8, 2025. I am sorry I do not remember your name, but your wife works at Royal king. I think your shirt said assistant Manger. You gave us awesome customer service. Thank you so very much. You helped us with our shock and we were able to get back home to the Springfield MO. Area. I had an incredible experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts in Cambridge, Ohio, thanks to Jeremy. I’m on a road trip, and after dealing with a dead battery this morning, the last thing I needed was more stress. When I pulled up, I explained the situation, and without hesitation, Jeremy came outside, took a look, and immediately diagnosed the problem. He got me back on the road quickly and didn’t ask for a dime. I even tried offering him a cash tip, but he refused. When I went to shake his hand in gratitude, he just smiled and said, “You don’t want to shake my hand,” showing his oil-covered palms—a true testament to someone who works hard and cares more about helping people than anything else. Out of town needed a oil filter for my 2022 gladiator diesel advance didn't have it. O'Reilly's came through. Good job O'Reilly's you also have real nice staff and store was clean
