Great customer service! My daughter and I had no idea how to choose the right wiper blades or put them on, so O’Reilly helped us find the right blades and showed us how to put them on, which was especially nice since it was cold and windy. Thank you for helping us prepare for the storm coming in tonight! We appreciate you!

The customer service here is amazing. Jordan was great! He helped me figure out some questions about fuses for me. I will definitely be back for parts because of him.

I am from out of town and the man named Joe was so helpful. As a woman I don’t feel like auto part stores like dealing with a female, but not Joe. He listened to what I needed and explained the difference in the parts that I needed. A big thank you goes out to this young man.

I have been to many auto parts stores in my life as a mechanic. Obviously, most employees are not actual mechanics and therefore it is quite irritating when they start trying to diagnose your problems instead of just getting the part I am asking for, especially when they start trying to tell me why I'm wrong. Jordan however was amazing! Best autoparts employee I've ever dealt with. Very personable and knowledgeable and actually helpful seeing as in this situation we were dealing with an electrical short causing limp mode intermittently and it was quite complicated and we were on a road trip without a full shop of proper tools. We made it back to Orem safely. Jordan deserves a raise. (Edited I thought i remembered his name as Jonathan, my brother remembered Jordan. Either way he was awesome

The best customer service I can’t remember the managers name but he helps me every time I need it and the one name I do remember is Jordan he’s a great help als👍🏽 amazing staff!!👍🏽
