I was in the Clare store today and I needed a quart of 5W-30 for my Rototiller paid for it and left. Didn’t even think about it. Didn’t get a receipt got home and went to open it and oil was pouring all over somebody had used it and bring it back to the store. This is ridiculous. Why are they not checking the stuff before they put it back on the shelf? And no, I did not bring it back to the store cause I live about 15 miles away and I had to have oil for my Rototiller

The guys working understood what I was looking for and help with figuring out instalation for what I needed

I live 25-30 minutes away from this store. I called to see if they could turn some rotors for me on a Saturday morning, hoping to have them done by the end of the day on Sunday. I took them in, verified they were good enough for turning and didn’t need replacing, and left. Several hours later, I called to check on the status. They told me they wouldn’t turn them until they were paid for! They should have mentioned this when I dropped them off, but fine, I was willing to give my credit card number over the phone. However, they said they don’t accept payment over the phone. They insisted I drive back to town to pay before they would start the work, meaning two more trips to the store.
