This is the second time I’ve been sold the wrong oil filter. I live 20 minutes away it’s extremely inconvenient when I get my car jacked up, oil drained and my filter doesn’t fit. Please educate your employees on how to correctly choose the right products for your customers.

Great place for fluid drop off, items needed now vs waiting for amazon, and all around help. If they can find you a item needed and they have small portions of it, say a small hose in the spare parts bin, theyll help you out. Thanks guys.

Young man who helped with car was very helpful and knowledgeable. Front desk man Think his name was, Stroud,was rather rude. When I asked for help, he told me there were only two of them working, and they had customers to wait on. Wanted to ask him what he thought I was, but bit my tongue. FYI, I did make $100+ purchase after young man told me my issue.

My husband went to get a charged battery for our 4 wheeler which costs $40 more then an uncharged battery I guess? Went to install it and it wasn't charged. He goes on the next day to say hey I paid for a charged battery and this one is not charged they told him we can have one sent from kalispell to here with I'm the hr he gives him number they say we will call you when it gets here. Hr and a half later no call so he calls and they say oh yea that's here now! Just a heads up When you're working in a customer service operation and people are paying for the product you should be at least adult enough to call them back when you need up. This will be the last time we deal with this place.

Disappointed by lazy staff. 3 men behind counters playing music, on their cell phones. Did not offer any assistance in finding part I needed. Just said over there. I looked for couple minutes and said screw this. I left and will not be back. You want better service, go to Napa or Autozone.
