I went to get new wiper blades. They put them on and one came off while driving later on. Went back to get it put back on, crew was very rude, not helpful, and they said the wiper was bent and take it somewhere to fix that part. It wasn’t bent. I had to buy new blades, AGAIN!!!!!!!

My go to parts store. On highway 45 that is. Always have issues on Alabama st. Anywho, they are so helpful and can answer just about all questions if they can’t someone in that store will. They will help you no matter what and they all seem to love what they do. Their kindness and compassionate personalities comes out when you are in need and need it fixed quickly. They are great to work with on any project dealing with automotive

Worse place ever went by last week to the 45 location (2 men running the store at the time) to have my battery checked which has a 3 year warranty on it and was purchased last year. I was told that the machine could not read my battery after the guy put it on the reader and that my warranty expired a few months ago. I paid over $300 for a faulty battery just to be told my warranty was expired and my battery wouldn’t read. Went by the other location battery was checked it showed to be a bad battery and was told the warranty was still good and they’d be happy to exchange it with no problem.

They don't harass me and I feel like I get a closer to traditional parts house experience. Check with Bill.
