I recently visited O'Reilly and received the worst customer service so far in 2026. That's what I was thinking before the floor manager Oniel Rose step in to help. He asked the right questions and genuinely cared about giving me assistance. I really appreciated Mr.Rose if I was rich I would've made your day the same way you made mines so thank you sir.

Store was clean and staff was helpful. Associate asked me what I was looking for and took me to the product and brought to register. He was friendly and engaging.
